My current research centers around medical image analysis. Specifically, I have dedicated myself to (1) breast MRI, mammography, and ultrasound analysis, and (2) deep learning in medical image synthesis, segmentation, and registration. [06/2024] Three of our papers were early accepted by MICCAI 2024. [03/2024] Our paper on multi-sequence MRI fusion synthesis was accepted by Information Fusion. [11/2023] Our paper on multi-sequence MRI synthesis was accepted by MedIA. [08/2023] We won the top 3 of MICCAI 2023 crossMoDA challenge and were invited to an oral presentation. [07/2023] Our paper on electronic health records processing in breast disease was accepted by Cell Reports Medicine. [06/2023] Four of our papers were accepted by MICCAI 2023. [05/2023] Our paper on the longitudinal prediction of brain MRI was accepted by PR. [02/2023] Our paper on predicting molecular subtypes was accepted by Npj Breast Cancer. [09/2022] We won the top 2 (task 2) of MICCAI 2022 crossMoDA challenge and were invited to an oral presentation. [06/2022] Our paper was accepted by MICCAI 2022. [01/2022] Our paper on Chest X-ray Rib Suppression was accepted by MedIA. [09/2021] We were invited to an oral presentation in MICCAI 2021 Learn2Reg challenge. |
